1. No Guarantee of Refunds

All payments made to Varyon Global (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Refund Policy or in a separate written agreement. This refund policy is subject to change at our discretion at any time.

This Refund Policy applies to all services, products, subscriptions, courses, training, consultations, or other offerings provided by us. Unless we state otherwise in a separate agreement, this Policy governs all refund requests and proceedings.
